A voter who is unable or unwilling to present photo ID on election day or when voting absentee in person may cast a provisional ballot.  The provisional ballot can only be counted if the voter goes to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office at 101 N. Main Street in Goshen by 12:00 noon, May 16th, and provides a photo ID or completes an affidavit affirming they are exempt.

A voter who offers to vote in a precinct, but their name does not appear in the poll book may receive a provisional ballot.

Changes to update a registration address or name must be completed by the deadline of April 7, 2008.  Registration will then re-open after the primary election on May 20, 2008.
